Cancellation of Your Order
If you have ordered the wrong product and want to cancel order and payment, please email info@ordervalplast.com.au BEFORE 4pm on the day of the order being placed and ordervalplast.com.au will stop order dispatch and a credit refund will be done in 7 working days with a cancelation email will be sent to you containing all relevant details of transaction cancellation.
If you do not cancel order by 4pm on day of order being placed, please refer to RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY.
