Returns and Refunds
- Returns and claims will not be accepted without prior authorisation and a sales return number. Please quote this number on a copy of the original invoice and send with the goods.
- Returns and claims must be made within 7 days of invoice date or a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will apply.
- Any item returned must be unopened, unmarked, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- The return of such items will be at the customers expense.
- Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within 2 working days of receipt of goods.
- Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the discretion of ordervalplast.com.au
