Authentication

Authentication1A Certificate of Authenticity must be handed out to your patients.

Authentication2If you are not getting a certificate when you receive a completed Valplast® Flexible Partial, it is likely that you are not receiving original Valplast® Resin.

Look for the Valplast® Certificate of Authenticity with every Valplast® appliance that you receive from your lab. The unique 25 digit serial number on each Valplast® Certificate of Authenticity can then be registered online in order to activate our one of a kind lifetime warranty against breakage and fracture of the Valplast® denture base resin.

As FDA regulations tighten, be sure to comply! For ID and traceability purposes, it is essential to be able to track medical device materials. Always prescribe genuine Valplast®.

Did you know that Valplast can be registered online to check for authenticity?

Our material authentication program was first launched on October 1st, 2009. If you received your Valplast after this date you should have been supplied a Valplast Certificate of Authenticity with a unique serial number. By visiting www.ordervalplast.com.au/register you can enter your serial number to check for material authenticity and to activate the lifetime warranty on your Valplast appliance.

If you received your Valplast prior to October, 2009 you should have received one of our previous guarantee certificates to verify that your appliance was fabricated from genuine Valplast material.

Remember to register your Valplast online as soon as you receive your new denture and to visit ;www.valclean.com in order to promote good hygiene and cleanliness of your new appliance.

What if I didn’t receive any form of material authenticity with my Valplast?

Not all flexible denture materials are the same, and it is important for your dentist to be able to demonstrate which materials were used to fabricate your dental appliance. Dental patients and prescribing dentists pay a premium for the Valplast brand as it is the leading brand of flexible denture with more than fifty five years of clinical experience.

Some states now require a full disclosure of the materials used to fabricate all dental appliances. Our company helps dental professional provide disclosure by distributing our own guarantee certificates that laboratories are required to provide to dentists each and every time a Valplast appliance is fabricated. Please speak to your dentist about the Valplast Certificate of Guarantee. If your dentist has any questions about the Valplast Certificate of Authenticity or is unfamiliar with this program, please have them contact us immediately or direct them to this site for additional information.
